*سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال*

نحن نسعى لضمان رضاك التام عن مشترياتك. إذا كنت غير راضٍ عن المنتج الذي تم شراؤه، يمكنك إرجاعه وفقًا للشروط التالية:

- *الإرجاع:* يمكنك إرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.

- *الشروط:* يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وفي حالتها الأصلية مع جميع الملصقات والتغليف.

- *عملية الإرجاع:* يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء لترتيب عملية الإرجاع. سيتم رد المبلغ بعد التحقق من حالة المنتج.

- *التكاليف:* يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن لإرجاع المنتجات.

- *الدفع عند الاستلام:* بما أن الدفع يتم عند الاستلام، لا يتم استرداد المبلغ إلا بعد التحقق من حالة المنتج عند إرجاعه.

Return and Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it under the following conditions:

       Returns: You can return products within 14 days of receiving them.

        Conditions: Products must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

        Return Process: Please contact customer service to arrange the return process. A refund will be issued after verifying the product’s condition.

        Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the products.

        Payment on Delivery: Since payment is made upon delivery, the refund will only be processed after verifying the condition of the product upon return.
